KO boys’ basketball had a great overtime win in their long-awaited opening contest. Gavin Griffiths ’23 took over the end of the game scoring ten of his game-high twenty-seven points in the overtime, including two NBA range three-pointers. Captain Hunter Meshanic ’21 added a strong eighteen points and seven rebounds, while freshman Jack Nieradko ’24 contributed a quality nine points which included a couple of thunderous dunks. Off the bench, Devin Wolff ’23 provided a team-leading fourteen rebounds along with nine points. The entire team showed strong character and resolve throughout the game.
