Girls and Women in Sports Day Free Clinics
National Girls and Women in Sports Day began in 1987 as a day to remember Olympic volleyball player Flo Hyman for her athletic achievements and her work to ensure equality for women’s sports. NGWSD celebrates past and current sports achievements and supports.
When: Saturday, February 3Ā
Where: Kingswood Oxford Hoffman Field House
Who: Girls and young women 9-14
Details: Arrive dressed to participate in four different activities actively. KO will provide equipment, but participants are allowed to bring their own stick, racket, or glove. Please bring a water bottle. Everyone will receive a free t-shirt.

9:00-10:00 a.m. Session 1 (choose from Field Hockey, Lacrosse, Soccer, Tennis, Theater, Volleyball)
10:00-11:00 a.m. Session 2 (choose from Basketball, Esports, Field Hockey, Lacrosse, Softball, Track)
11:00 a.m. Closing Remarks and Pick-Up
