Welcome Admitted Students

Location: Kingswood Oxford Campus, Registration in Community Commons Lobby
Time: Registration Opens 8:15 a.m. 

Program Schedule:

8:15 a.m. – Registration opens in the Community Commons. Check in and enjoy breakfast. Meet and chat with other families!

Students: 9:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. (full program for students only)

Parents/Guardians: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. 

After 10:00 a.m. parents depart while students continue with their activities for the remainder of their time on campus. Parents return to pick up their student at 11:45 a.m. in the Middle School Circle via the Trout Brook lot.

8:15 a.m.- Official Welcome in the Community Commons Collaboration Room

Form 5 Panel: KO understands that students entering 11th grade often have unique questions about beginning a new high school experience. During this session, students and parents/guardians will hear from members of our student leadership team, current students, and parents who have firsthand experience navigating this transition. This small-group program is designed especially for newly admitted Form 5 students and offers thoughtful conversation and insights tailored to this exciting step. After the panel, students will meet their hosts, connect with one another, and begin to imagine the journey ahead at KO. Parents/guardians will return for student pick-up at noon.

Student Experience 8:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. 
Newly admitted students will be paired with a Wyvern host and attend Advisory, class and club meetings to experience a real KO school day!

Parent Experience 8:00 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.
Parents/guardians will have the opportunity to dive deeper into life at KO with sessions on:
 Academic Planning and College Counseling

Student Life & Support

 12:00 p.m. – Program Closing and Student Pick Up 
Parents/Guardians can pick up their students in the Upper Circle, or students can depart on their own after lunch.

Date: Tuesday, March 31
Location: Kingswood Oxford Campus. Registration Hoffman Field House
Time:  9:15 a.m. – 12 p.m. – Registration begins at 8:45 a.m.

8:45 a.m. – Registration Opens in the Hoffman Field House. Check in and get ready for an incredible day!

9:15 a.m. – Official Welcome in the Roberts Theater. Hear from our school student leadership, connect with fellow admitted students, meet your host, and get inspired for the journey ahead!

Student Experience
Newly admitted students will be paired with a Wyvern host and attend Assembly, classes, and club meetings to experience a real KO school day!

Parent Experience
Parents/guardians will have the opportunity to dive deeper into life at KO with sessions on:
 – Academic Planning and College Counseling

 – Student Life & Support

11:30 a.m.. Program Closing | But the Fun Doesn’t Stop! 

Parents/Guardians and students reunite in Roberts Theater for closing remarks from the KO Head of School and student voices, then depart at noon.
